With over 25 years of experience in advertising and technology, Hetal has built a career spanning New York, London, and Atlanta. She spent 20 years in leadership at Google and The Trade Desk, where she fostered "global-to-local" strategies for iconic brands like Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, and McDonald’s.
Driven by a lifelong passion for people development, Hetal founded Dream Big, Think Big LLC in 2022. She holds an ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is currently completing her PCC certification.
Hetal is an alumna of Washington University in St. Louis, where she double-majored in International Business and Marketing. Based in Atlanta, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and life with her husband and three children.

Why I Coach: From the Treadmill to the Driver's Seat
In 2015, a promotion at Google introduced me to my first executive coach. It was a turning point. For the first time, I was able to step off the "treadmill" of high achievement for achievement's sake.
I realized that many of my goals were shaped by others' expectations of me rather than my own vision. Coaching gave me the agency to choose my own path. I founded this practice to give other leaders that same gift: the space to stop reacting and start leading.
